''Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma v. State of Ohio'', Case No. 3:05CV7267 N.D. OH)  They claimed most of western Ohio from Toledo to Cincinnati on over to Columbus.  The sole purpose of the lawsuit was to gain land to build casinos on. The lawsuit petered out when Ohio legalized casino gambling to close a significant deficit in the State’s budget.  It was dismissed with prejudice in 2007.  No exception for the case is required.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
