		+	* The Examiner should raise a requirement for a new survey to be produced on the Commitment when it is has been determined that the legal description of record is insufficient, there is some issue that could affect title, such as an encroachment or overlap.
		+	* The Examiner should raise a requirement for a new survey or an existing survey along with a "no change" affidavit when some form of coverage dependent on a survey is requested.
		+	* Any Survey found in the public records or provided to the Examiner should be incorporated into the Commitment as an exception. This is called "reading the survey" into the Commitment. Items found on the Survey do not need to be separately listed and can be incorporated into the exception by reference to the Survey itself. The reference to the Survey should be sufficient to uniquely identify it, including the title of the survey, who it was prepared by, and the date it was prepared along with the date of the last revision.
