Overview
A variety of affidavits are used in Missouri. There are standard owners'/sellers' affidavits, affidavits of joint tenancy, judgement affidavits, and affidavits of tenancy by the entirety. Affidavits of adverse possession usually are not sufficient to enable the company to insure title to real estate of to insure a prescriptive easement.
