Child Support Liens in Oregon

A Child Support Judgment does create a lien against the real property. See ORS 18.180(5), ORS 25.529 and ORS 24.115.
We typically handle these by obtaining a satisfaction (or partial satisfaction) from the judgment creditor (i.e., ex-spouse).
