Agents must provide consumers with clear, conspicuous, and distinct disclosure of charges for premiums, search and examination, and settlement fees. § 381.019.
Title Insurance
MO Code Regs. Ann. tit 20 500-7.060(1) requires that when a loan policy is issued in connection with a purchase without an owner's policy, the agent must given written notice that the loan policy does not provide coverage to the purchaser and give the purchase sixty (60) days from the date of closing to purchase an owner's policy.
