Divorce Decrees
In Missouri, the Divorce Decree, when recorded, is sufficient to transfer the property as between the former spouses. Mo. Ann. Stat. § 452.330.6. The Decree must contain a sufficient legal description. Lance v. Lance, 979 S.W.2d 245, 248 (Mo. Ct. App. 1998) citing Marriage of Swofford, 837 S.W.2d 560 (Mo.App. S.D.1992); Halbrook v.
