There’s no difference between a short form LP and a regular 2006 LP when it comes to the underwriting.
If you have a filed mechanics lien that won’t be paid off, an encroachment, or you’re insuring a second mortgage, you can still issue a short form LP. Just check the addendum box and take an exception like you would for the offending item on the 2006 LP.
