As of 9/26/23, WFG is not a party to any Inter-Underwriter Indemnification Agreements in Pennsylvania. It is customary to request Letters of Indemnity on a per-transaction basis by submitting a Commitment showing the items and the current underwriter's Owner's Policy to the underwriter.
