National Exceptions
- In order to remove the survey exception, it is an additional $50 premium (if an owner’s policy is also being issued, it is another $100) and a survey affidavit is required. In order to remove the parties in possession and mechanic’s lien exception, an owner’s affidavit would be required. Survey and owner affidavits can be combined.
