Overview
A title agency or agent must prepare an annual statement of financial condition certified by the title agent or designated agent of the title agency under oath or by affirmation as being a true and accurate representation of financial condition. This statement is for review by the underwriter as part of the on-site review. Id. § 381.023(2). (TIRS, 2015)
