Tenancy in Common
A tenancy in common exists when two or more people own the right to the simultaneous possession of a property under certain conditions. See (O.C.G.A. § 44‑6‑120. Here, the term "tenancy" refers to an ownership interest and not a landlord/tenant relationship.
